In 2009 J.C. Hryb was asked to convert a run down hair salon into a beautiful French Patisserie.  For Versailles born J.C., incorporating a blend of traditional French style with his unique modern edge was as natural as breathing.

This project required an extensive amount of architectural engineering and a complete interior and exterior remodel.  J.C. brought simple traditional French elements together with sleek design to create a Patisserie that is both chic and quaint.
