Whether your dream furniture piece’s source of inspiration is from a magazine clipping, or entirely custom thought out, Style de Vie can turn your furnishing concept into a beautiful reality. Our friendly professional design staff will expertly guide you through the myriad of available styles, materials, and finishes. We ask all the right “usage” questions to assure you that your piece is not only gorgeous – but functional.
Initial design meeting:
You may call, email or visit us at our Los Angeles showroom to schedule your complementary design consultation.* Please bring to your consultation a drawing (if you have one) and any photos of furniture or other items that inspire you.
Upon review of your design/inspirational photos, your Style de Vie professional designer will:
-Verify size specifications of the piece (width, depth, height)
-Present, review and assist with your materials selections
-Review functionality of the piece (typical piece usage, holes for cords, working locks, etc.)
-Establish budget
-Establish production time line to follow (delivery deadline)
-Establish delivery and/or installation
-Set date to provide pricing estimate to you, for your approval.
*For your convenience, any materials may be emailed prior to (or in lieu of) your appointment.
Production process:
Once you have approved your pricing estimate, the production process will begin. This process includes:
-Custom furniture production deposit (50%)
-3D drawings provided by Style de Vie of the custom furniture piece; for your review and modifications (if any)
-Once you’ve approved your custom furniture piece (by written or email approval) production will begin
-Style de Vie will provide you photos of the finished custom furniture piece upon its completion at the production facility (for your approval prior to delivery). This is to assure if any detail/finishing is necessary, it is executed at production facility and NOT in your home or place of business.
